Airworthiness Director

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Airworthiness Leader to manage our certification team and coordinate the LCA60T certification project within the Airworthiness department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 5 airworthiness engineers, overseeing their activities, evaluating their performance, and developing their training plans.
- Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Act as the focal point for the LCA60T certification project, liaising with the EASA Project Certification Manager and managing the type certification process.
- Develop and implement strategies for presenting certification information to authorities, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Graduate of an engineering school or Master's degree (BAC+5)
- At least 10 years' experience in certification and first managerial experience
- Familiarity with aircraft type certification processes and certification specifications
- Strong organizational and pedagogical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A stake in the capital
