Zuma Cannes is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. We're seeking a skilled Runner to join our team in the historic Palm Beach.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a runner in a luxury high-volume restaurant and possess excellent communication skills. As a key player in delivering Zuma's exceptional dining experience, you'll be responsible for supporting the pass and service team, ensuring every dish is delivered with professionalism and every guest feels cared for.

We offer competitive compensation, including a salary of $45,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a daily shuttle service to and from your accommodation, world-class training, and global opportunities to work with our five incredible brands.
