Position Overview

Avenir RH is seeking a MULTIFUNCTIONAL OPERATIONS AGENT - H/F for a client in the cultural sector. This role is temporary, with the potential for a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the logistical operations of multiple sites, including routine inspections, distribution of correspondence, inventory management, and restocking of office supplies.
  • Facilitate the management of meeting spaces to ensure a high standard of service for all attendees.
  • Regulate access to facilities and key storage, conduct initial troubleshooting, and document any issues identified during inspections.

This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours of work per week.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in comparable roles. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, results-focused, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Possession of electrical certification is advantageous.
