We are recruiting for one of our clients, a specialized manufacturer of linear bearings, rod ends, and other metal components, for the position of Production Operator. The mission of this role is:

• Supplying machines with raw materials or parts

• Positioning parts with precision

• Adjusting machines according to client needs

• Controlling the conformity of parts using measurement tools

• Detecting non-conforming parts and isolating them

• Performing a series of manual assembly operations following a precise order

The working hours are 3 shifts of 8 hours each, with posts in various departments, including machining, cutting, rectification, injection molding, and thermal treatment. Additionally, there are 2 shifts of 8 hours each for assembly and packaging.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A BEP/CAP or BAC degree in any field

• Comfort with taking measurements and performing mental calculations

• Attention to detail and a focus on quality

• Ability to wear protective gear

• Dynamism and a willingness to invest in the long-term development of the company

• Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in an industrial environment

You will appreciate:

• A monthly presence bonus of €100 brut

• Indemnities for kilometers traveled (approximately €200 net from Mulhouse, €250 net from Colmar)

• A 13th month payment after 1 year of service

• A long-term contract (up to 18 months)
