Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ESG Analyst Intern to join our team at AXA IM Prime. As an ESG Analyst Intern, you will report to the Head of ESG and Sustainability and work in collaboration with other teams to support the implementation of our ESG Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support ESG team and investment teams during ESG due diligence of external asset managers and portfolios.
- Conduct research tasks and benchmarking exercises for the ESG Team on ESG investment practices specific to private markets in the fund-of-fund business.
- Support the Secretariat for Prime's ESG internal governance, including preparation of internal presentations and written materials.
- Contribute to ongoing climate-related projects, including research tasks, and carbon footprinting of investment portfolios.
- Day-to-day support to the ESG Team on priority projects to support the ongoing implementation of the AXA IM Prime ESG Strategy.
- Currently undertaking a Master's degree in a leading Business or Engineering school with a specialization in Finance, Sustainable Finance, or ESG.
- Previous experience in asset management or consulting is an advantage.
- Strong critical analytical skills and ability to concisely synthesize information in written form.
- Proven ability to multi-task and produce quality work with attention to detail within tight deadlines.
- A hard-working, dynamic, and proactive self-starter enjoying entrepreneurial environments that value initiative and autonomy.
- True team player.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; other software skills are an advantage.
