Position: Manager of Technical Studies - Luxury Sector
As a pivotal member of our team at CRIT, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical study office, ensuring that all projects align with our high standards of quality and innovation.
- Documentation and Optimization: Develop and refine technical study documents, project initiation sheets, and internal requests, taking into account technical specifications and rheological assessments.
- Design Planning: Create comprehensive plans for medium to large-scale production runs, ensuring feasibility and efficiency.
- Tooling and Specifications: Generate detailed plans for product and control tooling that meet stringent specifications.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to update project timelines and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Supplier Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that specifications are current and relevant.
- Testing Involvement: Participate actively in preliminary testing phases, validating processes and implementing necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
- Project Evaluation: Co-facilitate project evaluations, ensuring ongoing communication across different departments within the organization.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team during client interactions and travel engagements.
- Innovation Monitoring: Conduct regular meetings focused on technological advancements and innovations in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification in Plastics/Composites.
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in a technical study office environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CAD software, particularly Solidworks, along with skills in costing and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to adapt to various tasks and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Personal Attributes: Demonstrated proactivity, curiosity, and creativity in problem-solving.
