We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our IT Financial Control Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our IT and Benefits teams.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage IT and Edenred+ budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with Group, Business Line, and business units to ensure effective communication and collaboration on IT financial matters.
- Play a key role in launching new initiatives, such as IT Reporting, IT KPIs, and Time Tracking tools.
- Support the Benefits & Engagement IT Director in preparing quarterly business reviews, budget presentations, and strategic plans.
- Participate in the Benefits & Engagement IT executive committee and provide financial expertise to regional IT directors.
- Ensure the quality of financial information on IT costs, including CAPEX IT, and ensure compliance with group standard rules.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Masters' Degree in Finance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS norms, accounting, and IT tools.
- 6-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on IT and financial control.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
