About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Expert to join our team at RATP. As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of study strategies, product vision, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of study strategies, product vision, and solution design.
  • Ensure the operational management of various subcontractors with the RMOE.
  • Guarantee the Maintenance in Operational Conditions (MCO) of different ServiceNow applications.
  • Pilot the realization of ServiceNow evolutions, including conception, strategy, and architecture.
  • Pilot the implementation of ServiceNow projects, including coordination and training.
  • Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of IT service processes in accordance with industry standards (ITIL).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a digital field (ideally +5 years).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Expert Technician, MOE, or Project Manager.
  • Good knowledge of the ServiceNow tool.
  • ITIL V4 certification.
  • Knowledge of functional ServiceNow, reference frameworks, and data modeling (CMDB, etc.).
  • Experience with other ITSM tools (EasyVista, BMC, Jira, etc.).
  • Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
  • Budget tracking and respect.
  • Knowledge of public and hybrid cloud would be appreciated.
