Customer Technical Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Technical Advocate to join our team at Nokia. As a key member of our Customer Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact between external customers and Nokia internal organizations.
- Manage network upgrade and retrofit preparation and execution, ensuring seamless communication with the customer.
- Identify business opportunities and support the sales and business development team.
- Conduct network performance analysis to assess problems and solve customer service management issues.
- Understand and manage the relationship of Nokia deliveries in customer's network(s) and communicate changes effectively.
- Participate in support team meetings and be responsible for the work structure.
- Strong communications skills, fluent in English and French (mandatory requirement).
- Telecommunication or computer engineering degree, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in business development/management.
- Technical expertise in GPON, FTTH, and xDSL technologies, preferably on Nokia devices (73xx ISAM family).
- Proficiency in Red Hat Linux.
- IP domain technical knowledge is a plus.
