Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales development of Danfoss Climate Solutions' High Pressure Pumps product portfolio in alignment with the company's overall strategy.

  • Identify and engage with new and existing customers, primarily through indirect channels, including wholesalers, OEMs, contractors, and installers.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets, including technical product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to customers, including project quotations, negotiation, and order placement.
  • Manage customer forecasts and account planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and meetings to promote the company's products and services.
  • Monitor competitors' pricing, solutions, and market penetration to stay ahead in the market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide value-added technical solutions to customers.
Background and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical or economic education, with a master's degree in engineering being a plus.
  • Fluency in French and excellent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in common software applications, including SAP, BI, Salesforce, Office, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in the cooling business and energy efficiency, with a minimum of 3 years in sales or design.
  • Knowledge of high-pressure water systems applications and existing indirect sales channels.
  • Strong commercial sense, good presentation skills, and a business-minded approach.
  • Existing network among relevant wholesalers, contractors, and installers.
  • Team player with a willingness to travel.
