Job Summary

Genesis RH is seeking a skilled INFIRMIER en SSR to join our team. As a medical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive, curative, and palliative care services to patients, including technical, relational, and educational aspects.
• Participate in patient needs assessment and care plan development, ensuring seamless coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and information to patients and their families throughout the care process.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing (D.E) is mandatory.
• Experience in a similar field, such as SSR or a related domain, is highly valued (new graduates are also welcome).
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills are essential.
