Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team and ensure the optimal presentation and availability of leading agri-food products within major retail outlets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute merchandising plans by meticulously setting up and maintaining shelves according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure product availability through efficient restocking operations, minimizing out-of-stock situations and highlighting key products.
• Maintain exceptional product presentation standards by performing facing and storage operations, maximizing brand visibility and customer appeal.
• Monitor stock levels closely and proactively manage potential product shortages to ensure seamless customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven experience in large-scale distribution, ideally as a Merchandiser or Shelf Employee/Section Manager.
• A strong understanding of merchandising techniques and shelf management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to task execution.
• Initiative and autonomy in decision-making, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food products across various categories (fresh, grocery, frozen, etc.).
• Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
• Adaptability and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
