Commercial Fruits and Vegetables Specialist

At Intermarché, we're looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Fruit and Vegetable Sales Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging and innovative shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our fruit and vegetable department, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our procurement team to source high-quality products and negotiate prices.
- Train and mentor our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or merchandising role, preferably in the food retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of fruit and vegetable products, including sourcing, pricing, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
