MODE SEARCH Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our luxury retail team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales plans and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Retail Coordinator to ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Fluent in French, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as occasional travel.
