Your Missions:
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be part of our Business and Transformation team, working closely with other experts and departments to deliver projects and develop our practice. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects to support business change and/or AMOA (Assistance to Management of Organizational Change) for our clients, in collaboration with other Delaware teams (functional and technical consultants).
- Conducting pre-studies, opportunity studies, and scoping.
- Collecting business needs and identifying priority use cases through participatory workshops, formalizing needs.
- Establishing and formalizing action recommendations based on collected elements (accompaniment plans, scoping notes).
- Representing business interests, convincing decision-makers, and mobilizing them to implement action plans.
- Implementing proven methodologies (PROSCI, design thinking, etc.) on client projects.
- Supporting users during qualification, animation of recette, and tests before integration and deployment.
- Conducting benchmarks on market solutions.
- Contributing to the development of our Change and AMOA practices (capitalization, tools, processes).
- Training, coaching, and accelerating the skills of consultants.
- Developing methodological tools: deliverables, communication supports, etc.
The Profile We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in business and transformation, preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of project management and a passion for information technology. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
You Possess the Following Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both senior executives and frontline employees.
- Mastery of change management methodologies (PROSCI would be a plus) and AMOA.
- Mastery of SAP Fi Co modules and their ecosystems.
- You enjoy working in a team environment.
- Understanding of strategic challenges and operational impacts of digital transformation within organizations.
- Ability to organize, solicit the right expertise, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- You are a strong proposer and able to challenge and advise clients.
- Autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Advanced analytical and writing skills, with a synthesis spirit.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written, in French and English) and active listening.
- Mastery of English (ability to animate workshops in English) and written English (ability to produce deliverables).
