Mission

• Provide personalized support to individuals with sensory disabilities in their healthcare journey

• Coordinate and monitor the quality of care, in collaboration with local partners

• Adapt digital medical information systems to meet the needs of the individuals we support

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer tailored support

• Develop and implement individual and collective prevention and education programs on health-related topics (cancer, domestic violence, heatwaves, etc.)

Profile

• Hold a degree in healthcare

• Experience in similar roles within the healthcare sector

• Strong teamwork and networking skills

• Adaptability and ability to work in emergency situations

• Good knowledge of regulations and operational procedures in healthcare settings

• Strong project management skills, quality approach, and continuous evaluation

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
