CRM Tool Deployment Intern

Daher, a leading player in the aviation industry, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Technical Support team within the Customer Support Division for Aircraft.
As part of our commitment to enhancing customer experience, we are implementing a new CRM platform. We need your expertise to ensure a seamless integration of this tool into our existing business processes.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop efficient processes for integrating the CRM tool into daily operations.
- Collaborate with both business and IT teams to propose innovative solutions that optimize workflow.
- Work closely with the project manager to structure deliverable plans and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct thorough testing to validate the CRM tool's specifications and functionality.
- Participate in functional testing alongside key users to ensure user-friendliness and effectiveness.
- Guide impacted teams through the deployment process, providing clear instructions and support.
- Contribute to the overall business transformation by supporting the adoption of the new CRM platform.
As the project progresses, you may also have the opportunity to contribute to defining future enhancements for our customer platform, including features such as a client website and aircraft warranty management system.
Your Profile:We are looking for a candidate pursuing a Bac+5 degree in aeronautics or general studies. A successful applicant will possess:
- A strong passion for project management and a proven ability to work effectively within teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
- Prior knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not required.
