About the Job
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the development, improvement, and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. You will also be responsible for implementing employee trainings and assisting the Quality Department Manager in the implementation of Quality activities at our Operating Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining System and Project objectives and metrics (KPI)
- Ensure reporting is in place and produce Project and System Quality reports by collecting, recording, and analyzing performance and trends related to Non Conformance, Client Satisfaction Surveys, Audits, and Feedback and Lesson Learned processes
- Assist Project Quality teams during project execution within the frame of Project Quality
- Collect, Analyze, Record, and Process Feedbacks up to become Lesson Learned
- Lead and implement Quality audits
- Reports progress and handles inquiries and issues with the Client quality representatives
- Promotes a Quality culture ensuring implementation of best practices and continuous improvement of the Project Quality standards and systems
- Implements an effective corrective and preventive action system and tracks closure of NCRs and waiver requests
- Leads or participates in investigations to resolve quality issues
- Configures and updates the QMS (Quality Management System) and contributes to its continuous improvement
- Compiles and analyzes quality data, identifies trends, and causes
- Supports Project or Department in conducting audits/reviews and is responsible for follow-up
- Supports Project Quality Manager in routine project quality activities as assigned
- Reviews the accuracy and availability of all Quality-related documentation
- Contributes to defining training plans and implement on time
- Communicates programs, standards, and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees
- Assembles cost control and statistical data in support of quality objectives, as needed
- Participates in the elaboration of Group tools and policies to measure performance
- Reports regularly regarding the system performance and new developments
- Participates in the specification and acquisition of adequate Group tools
- Carries out statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis
- Provides Quality support/guidance to project/site team throughout the project lifecycle
- Administrate for Paris Operating Center Cluster INTELEX System of Record in relation with TEN QHSES team
- Support Projects and Quality Management System team on INTELEX usage performing Inductions & Training
About You
- Bachelor degree for Quality Engineer; technical diploma or other equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst
- Good understanding and knowledge of all main applicable procedures and Management systems
- Good interpersonal and influential skills
- Team spirit, ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English (French will be appreciated)
