As a Senior Account Executive (f/m/d) focused on the French Construction Sector, you will be instrumental in propelling our growth and success within France. You will act as the primary point of contact for our major B2B construction clients, concentrating on comprehending their requirements, delivering effective solutions, and improving their overall experience with our offerings.

Additionally, you will be the key liaison for our B2B clientele in France, ensuring their needs are addressed and facilitating their engagement with our products. Your role will encompass the entire sales process—from identifying potential clients to finalizing agreements and overseeing the delivery of our services.

With a strong commitment to our sustainable energy initiatives, you will motivate both yourself and your clients. As a brand ambassador with a significant impact on our company's expansion, your contributions will include:

Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing for our clients Assisting in the formulation and execution of the sales strategy within an international team and establishing enduring business relationships with our B2B clients Understanding how to acquire and manage a comprehensive, multi-location key account by independently identifying essential contacts for your sales success and nurturing these relationships to expand a sales pipeline Cultivating a community and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers Providing valuable insights on market trends, customer needs, sales strategies, products, and marketing initiatives

Candidate Profile

You possess a degree in business or engineering and have accumulated at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in high-quality hardware products within the B2B sector in France. You have demonstrated exceptional communication and negotiation skills on multiple occasions. You have experience in coordinating and organizing a national sales team. You exhibit a high level of customer orientation and maintain a professional demeanor. You are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. You possess professional communication skills in both French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
