Job Title

We are seeking a Transport and Guarantee Correspondent based in Chambéry, as part of a new position creation:

Votre missions seront les suivantes :

• Coordinate vehicle transport requests between sites for the entire group
• Enter requests and prepare transport documents
• Prepare and plan transport, including outsourcing
• Optimize requests and track files from start to finish (from request to invoicing)
• Receive and process validation requests for vehicle damage
• Manage repair orders from request to invoicing

CDI 39h (possibility of adapting working hours to 35h or 30h)

Working hours: Monday to Friday with the possibility of adjusting to a 4.5-day schedule

Salary: gross for 39h

5 weeks of paid leave + 5 RTT

Profile

You have a Bac+2 level degree in administrative and commercial management or transport and logistics. You have a keen interest in the automotive sector and demonstrate rigor and adaptability. You are proficient in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable on the phone.
