The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and performance of our production services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvements to our services.
- Develop and execute runbooks to ensure seamless incident response and resolution.
- Work closely with our global teams to ensure 24/7 support and maintenance of our services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for architectural improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in managing geo-distributed production services.
- Familiarity with data center operations and experience with Prometheus/InfluxDB, Grafana, and OpsGenie.
- Strong Linux administration skills and experience with Ansible, CI/CD, and Python or Shell scripting.
- Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure monitoring and debugging.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
