We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for our cleanliness services division. Reporting directly to the agency director, the Operations Manager is essential in overseeing the agency's operations. This role encompasses economic, social, technical, and commercial responsibilities within the agency's framework. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's strategic direction and executing the Director's vision.
- Team Leadership:
- Coordinate, oversee, and inspire team leaders and supervisors
- Assist in structuring the agency's organizational framework
- Address and resolve conflicts effectively
- Foster a positive workplace atmosphere
- Enforce the agency's policies as established by the Director
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage the agency's resources in alignment with project demands
- Plan projects and identify necessary resources
- Develop work schedules
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Implement systems and procedures to optimize agency efficiency
- Client Relations:
- Prepare and approve pricing proposals
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with service agreements
- Financial Oversight:
- Assist in formulating and tracking the agency's annual budget
- Review financial records and assess project profitability
- Execute action plans to enhance project financial performance
- Human Resource Management:
- Supervise the recruitment process and assist in selecting team members
