Job Description:

Senior Care Assistant (M/F) at Solutia

The Role:

  • Support individuals in their daily activities including waking up, bedtime routines, personal hygiene, meal preparation, companionship, cognitive stimulation activities, household tasks, and shopping
  • Deliver timely updates to the designated contact at Solutia regarding the individual's condition
  • Flexible work schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and public holidays with consistent availability expected
  • Opportunity to enhance hours with childcare and/or domestic assistance tasks depending on expertise

Conditions:

  • Part-time permanent contract with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role
  • Possession of a driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred
  • Professional references are required
