    • Seamless Integration: Oversee the integration of diverse electronic systems across multiple functions, guaranteeing a cohesive and user-friendly experience for our customers.
    • Shape the Platform: Champion the development of state-of-the-art EE platforms that form the foundation for future automotive advancements.
    • Mentor and Empower: Provide guidance and support to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Your Expertise Matters:

To excel in this role, you bring:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in EE Systems design within the automotive industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering successful business outcomes through innovative engineering solutions.
  • In-depth expertise in Network & Diagnostics Design principles and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in SysML and Model Based Design methodologies.
  • Experience managing intellectual property development within a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An MBA or equivalent business experience to complement your technical expertise.
  • Experience designing EE requirements for Service Oriented Architectures, aligning with modern software development trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Stellantis's existing EE Architecture roadmap and future strategic direction.
