Position Summary:

The Automation and Industrial IT Engineer will play a crucial role in the Digital Data & IT department, focusing on the optimization and support of assembly lines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and advancing IT/OT industrial automation frameworks
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for IT/OT solutions
  • Enforcing IT security protocols and standards
  • Collaborating effectively with maintenance and compliance teams
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical IT/OT challenges
  • Applying Lean methodologies for effective problem resolution
  • Offering technical guidance across various departments
  • Suggesting technical enhancements and solutions
  • Coordinating with suppliers and internal partners
  • Implementing qualification and validation processes
  • Driving innovation and change initiatives

Qualifications Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in Rockwell, Schneider, and B&R systems
  • Familiarity with agile practices, MES, IT security, OPC UA communication, and SQL databases
  • Proficient in English
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
