Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive industrialization studies for products to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead technical organization in industrial projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain continuous improvement processes to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Apply knowledge of LEAN methodologies to eliminate waste and maximize value.
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial sector, preferably in aerospace, naval, industry, or energy.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Proficiency in Catia V5, Assembly methods, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other ERP systems.
