Vestas, a leading international company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Wind Turbine Technician.

About the Role

As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of wind turbines, ensuring their smooth operation, and carrying out preventive maintenance tasks. You will work in pairs, reporting to the Area Supervisor, and will be in charge of:

• Conducting curative maintenance of turbines to optimize their performance

• Ensuring the operation of wind turbines and controlling the operation of their elements

• Performing preventive maintenance tasks, including complete refurbishment of turbines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering certification

• 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electricity, with knowledge of high voltage

• Good communication and team spirit skills

• Solid commitment to safety and ability to work at height
