**About the Role**
Jobberry Banque & Assurance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RC Enterprises Underwriting Assistant to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our insurance support team, you will be responsible for managing daily requests from brokers, monitoring the portfolio administratively, contractually, and financially, and preparing renewals for Liability Insurance portfolio in collaboration with underwriters.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily requests from brokers, including issuing certificates, premium receipts, and contractual documents, and recording in management tools.
- Monitor the portfolio administratively, contractually, and financially, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare renewals for Liability Insurance portfolio in collaboration with underwriters, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Draft and review contractual documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare documents for public tender bids, showcasing our company's expertise and capabilities.
- Implement, monitor, and renew international programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
- Minimum Bac+2 level qualification in insurance or law, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Insurance Company or Brokerage, ideally in Liability Insurance support, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of international program management is a plus, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Proficient in English, with German as a bonus, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
