The Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) operates within the Identity Global Products Line under Group CIO at AXA Group Operations.

The IAM CoE is tasked with the design, implementation, deployment, and operation of globally shared products in the IAM domain for various stakeholders including:
  • AXA employees and contractors (I AM-Employee)
  • Business partners collaborating with AXA (I AM-Business)
  • AXA's customer users (I AM-Customer)
As part of the One Identity Program, which aims to establish the IAM Next Generation framework, AXA has chosen Ping Identity solutions in the cloud for its new Group Authentication/Access Management platform. This innovative platform, referred to as "One Account," is designed to provide seamless and secure access to all applications, both Group and local. JOB PURPOSE The IAM CoE is seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist:
  • To deliver the roadmap for One Account releases, transitioning legacy platform features (e.g., Web and API access management) and implementing new use cases (e.g., new authentication methods/policies, infrastructure expansion)
  • To drive the deployment of One Account for new applications by developing and advocating for automation and self-onboarding features
  • To enhance our capacity to effectively manage new AXA global strategic directions and initiatives (QoS, cloud strategy, tech & data, and global programs like One Network, One Workplace, etc.)
MISSIONS To support the One Account roadmap
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot IAM policies
  • Establish authentication methods and mechanisms
  • Define and execute migration strategies from the legacy platform
  • Assist with patching/upgrade activities and testing with applications
  • Set up and deploy infrastructure enhancements (e.g., connectivity with providers, regional extensions)
  • Define and implement security accelerators (e.g., SOC onboarding) and operational improvements (e.g., monitoring)
To expand the One Account footprint
  • Provide support during the demand management process, analyzing the alignment of client requirements with existing use cases and scoping necessary efforts
  • Develop and promote automation and self-onboarding for entities and project teams to facilitate faster and more autonomous adoption of One Account
  • Collect demand priorities and assist in follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues
To ensure One Account Quality of Service
  • Provide 3rd Level Support (administration, configuration, support/troubleshooting) for the One Account SaaS Platform and related on-premises components/flows in conjunction with the AXA environment and applications
  • Manage IPCR (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) for the One Account platform in accordance with Service Level Agreements established with AXA entities
  • Contribute to or facilitate secure operations of services (e.g., responses to audit/pentest findings)
  • Contribute to knowledge management/documentation (e.g., external-facing forms, internal procedures)
  • Participate in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Service Improvement Plan)
  • When appropriate, train BAU teams, including skills transfer regarding processes, methodologies, and best practices
Technical skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful experience in IT infrastructure/security within a large-scale organization in a Shared-Services environment.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts, solutions, and services: identity management & authorizations, authentication/access control.
  • Expertise in Access Management related standards/protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, Single Sign-On.
  • Experience with Broadcom's and Ping Identity's IAM solutions.
  • Familiarity with Network, Workplace, and Infrastructure domains.
  • Understanding of Product Management, Project Management, and Service Management practices.
Non-technical skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international/multi-cultural environment.
  • A service-oriented individual with skills in managing client relationships: requirements, delivery, quality of service.
  • Ability to manage priorities and complex situations involving multiple stakeholders (IAM, other AXA GO teams, entities, security) while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Analytical skills to support the "continuous improvement" objective of the products towards a global service.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; a second language is advantageous.
