About the Role
As a Health and Safety Consultant at CCIR Hauts-de-France, you will play a crucial role in supporting businesses in the Oise region to develop and implement effective health and safety strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and Meeting with Businesses: Identify and engage with local businesses to promote the services and offerings of CCIR Hauts-de-France, including regional operations and paid services.
- Health and Safety Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough analysis of businesses' health and safety needs, provide recommendations, and offer guidance to help them develop a comprehensive health and safety plan.
- Diagnostic and Advisory Services: Conduct health and safety diagnostics, provide expert advice, and propose solutions to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Business Support and Development: Collaborate with businesses to develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Provide regular reports and data analysis to support business development and growth.
About You
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Hygiene, Safety, and Environment) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a private sector or consulting role.
- Key Skills and Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
