We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Radiation Protection Advisor - HSEQ Coordinator at our headquarters in France.

• Support senior managers in safety matters and lead the quality approach within the organization
• Implement and oversee the Group's policies and procedures
• Verify employee authorizations in coordination with the training department
• Develop and review quality assurance documents
• Prepare safety briefings conducted by senior managers
• Analyze incidents and ensure follow-up on associated action plans
• Address potential non-conformities and manage corrective action plans
• Monitor performance indicators, prepare management reviews, and participate in meetings
• Act as the local contact for external partners and stakeholders
• Respond to client queries and contribute to team skill development
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of certifications

Regular travel is required to industrial sites across France, approximately 30-40% of working time.

A company vehicle and a work phone will be provided.

Requirements:

Technical or HSE background with a minimum of 2 years of similar industrial experience, preferably in the nuclear sector.

Radiation Protection Advisor (CRP) certification is essential.

Known for your analytical skills, perseverance, and educational approach, you demonstrate autonomy and proactivity in task management.
