Job Overview

AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch) - G48 is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical advisory to diverse customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and utilization of AWS services among customers
  • Ensure operational health and value optimization for customers
  • Engage with senior leadership on incidents, support, and risk management
  • Craft strategies, build solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design, implementation, operations, and consulting with distributed applications
  • Minimum 5 years of technical engineering experience
  • Fluency in both French and English is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for distributed systems
  • Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry with knowledge of GxP and regulations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting to executive team members
  • Experience with AWS services and other cloud offerings

About the Role

This role involves working closely with customers to drive adoption and utilization of AWS services. You will be the primary technical contact for customers, engaging with senior leadership on incidents, support, and risk management. Your expertise will aid in crafting strategies, building solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
