Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Bouygues Telecom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of employee relations, including contract management, payroll, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in our HR system, SAP.
- Process employee contracts, amendments, and terminations in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR processes and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR software, such as SAP.
