Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead our team in project activities, defining solutions from a technical and architectural perspective. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading project activities and defining solutions from a technical and architectural point of view
- Supporting presales activities, working with the sales team to define solutions and costs
- Addressing technical issues and solving problems affecting the team's work
- Maintaining relationships with clients and external customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of experience in IT
- 4 years of experience directly on ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified (CSA) and Implementation Specialist Certified (CIS) in at least two modules
- Strong technical competences, with experience in projects covering various ServiceNow modules
- Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
We also welcome candidates with experience in:
- PowerShell
- SQL/Oracle
- Monitoring tools and solutions for data centers
- Client-facing communications
