Internship - Food Quality and Safety Project Coordinator

In various agri-food manufacturing settings, including dairy, beverages, and wines, you will collaborate closely with the QEDD coordinator of the Taste Division, focusing on projects that prioritize Food Safety.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Leading training sessions on food safety across all sites for relevant personnel
- Establishing collaborative platforms and frameworks (such as Sharepoint) within the Quality community
- Engaging in communication initiatives and diverse projects aligned with the objectives of the Taste Division
Your mentor and workspace will be located at Laiterie Saint Père in Loire-Atlantique.
As part of your internship, you will have the chance to travel frequently to various sites to fulfill these responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:- Currently enrolled in an engineering program or pursuing a Master's degree in food quality/safety
- Genuine interest in the agri-food industry
- Comfortable with public speaking engagements
- Exhibits independence and strong organizational skills, particularly when traveling
