About the Role
As a key member of our team at Ville de Laval, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Lawyer Advisor to join our legal affairs department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support and Guidance: Provide expert legal advice and support to our clients, including artisans and commercial businesses, on a range of corporate law matters.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prescribers, accountants, and other professionals, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Project Management: Oversee the creation, dissolution, transformation, and modification of business entities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex legal issues, providing well-reasoned advice and recommendations to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver a comprehensive and cohesive service to clients.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: A Master's degree in Business Law or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
