Join McCormick Retail Services and play a vital role in enhancing our renowned brands, Ducros and Vahiné. Our commitment lies in delivering exceptional service to our distribution partners, executing our commercial initiatives, optimizing product placement, and driving sales growth. With over 35 years of expertise, our sales team effectively covers a vast network of hypermarkets and supermarkets.

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative (M/F) on a temporary contract for the summer season, responsible for visiting multiple retail locations in designated areas.

Your primary responsibilities will include maximizing the visibility of Ducros and Vahiné products within retail stores, whether through our displays or promotional efforts:

  • Ensure prominent visibility of Ducros and Vahiné brands, maintain optimal shelf space, and advocate for the McCormick model through superior supermarket service.
  • Act as the brand representative in-store and serve as the daily liaison for distributors.
  • Manage priorities, product volumes, and revenue within your assigned territory.
  • Provide consistent reporting utilizing the appropriate tools related to the retail environment (stock levels, product assortment, merchandising).
  • Execute approved in-store initiatives (displays, promotional stands) to enhance the attractiveness of the area.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in the retail industry, either in-store or in sales roles.
  • Energetic and self-sufficient.
  • Strong sense of accountability.
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly gross salary of 1,800€ plus performance-based incentives and covered expenses. Our sales representatives are equipped with a company vehicle, tablet, and smartphone.
