Senior Software Development Engineer (CPS-ES2)

We are part of the Dynamic Functional Tests team, under the CPS-ES2 organization, integrated within the Engineering Tool Chain train. Our mission is to provide top-notch tools for testing and quality to support Amadeus teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team and work on the Test Tool Server (TTS). TTS is a critical component that emulates Client/Server communication, simulating either a client or a server, or both at the same time. It has been a cornerstone of Amadeus for years and continues to be heavily used.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze specifications and define user requirements for new or upgraded software solutions.
  • Develop software according to Amadeus standards, including modeling, designing, and implementing databases.
  • Conduct unit, package, and performance tests to ensure quality aligns with Amadeus guidelines.
  • Produce comprehensive software documentation as needed.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, particularly TCP.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Windows knowledge and proficiency in CMD/powershell scripting.
  • Java knowledge is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in software development.
