R&D Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Netatmo, you will be responsible for the development of innovative products in your area of expertise. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, software and hardware engineers to build the right/best product and ensure its delivery on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle, from initial concept through to post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Understand pain points and identify potential improvements.
- Define product specifications and ensure the delivery working hand in hand with our engineering team.
- Monitor the delivery with a strong focus on deadlines, costs and quality.
- Coordinate field tests and gather professional installers and user feedback.
- Prioritize features and product iterations based on data, business impact, development time and feedbacks.
- Deal with potential operational incidents by providing quick and efficient technical solutions, in compliance with existing processes and systems.
- Collaborate with after-sales service to ensure the best customer support during incidents.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Create product documentation and materials (installation process, quick start manuals, FAQ...) to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
