We're seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Retail & Trade Visual Design team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating retail VM and trade merchandising projects with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate retail VM and trade merchandising projects with various stakeholders, including Global teams, Brand leaders, regional Partnerships/Affiliates, and external suppliers.
- Create and update planograms adapting the Global and regional strategies, bringing consistency across partners/spaces within the region.
- Design and coordinate the production of permanent merchandising in-store, from brief to execution, leading production project schedule and delivery phases, monitoring deadlines and budgets.
- Support with regional 2D Graphic requests for both online and offline, including newsletters, banners, GIF/videos, PR releases, etc.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from fashion, visual merchandising, business, or communication school.
- 1-2 years of experience in Merchandising roles in the retail or luxury/beauty field.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, printing, and scenography production.
- Fluent in both French and English.
