Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Systems Engineering Manager to lead our global product line engineering for intelligent sensors and Internet of Things (IoT). As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technical roadmaps aligned with market directions and customer needs
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, and release IoT and intelligent sensors products
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and implement IP strategy and talent development plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and core suppliers to drive innovation and growth
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging technology trends and opportunities to drive business growth and competitiveness
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IoT sensors and software development, with a strong background in algorithms, embedded systems, and cloud solutions
  • Proven track record of leading global engineering teams and driving collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong technical expertise in wireless and wired data transmission modalities, cyber security, and OTA updates
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Agile and result-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and delivery
