About the Role
As a Car Body Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior appearance of vehicles meets customer expectations.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Improving the quality of the vehicle's surface through masticage, sanding, and applying coats of paint and varnish.
- Determining the correct paint color and quantity.
- Covering painted parts with lacquer or varnish and cleaning and storing equipment at the end of each shift.
You will work in accordance with the company's established procedures (writing ORs, following ISO guidelines, using PPE, waste sorting, and maintaining a clean workspace).
Requirements
We are looking for someone with technical skills, patience, and attention to detail. While technical knowledge is essential, your curiosity and commitment will make all the difference.
You should have a good understanding of materials and products used in surface treatment.
You should have a sense of aesthetics, work with precision, and be meticulous.
You should hold a CAP or CQP in Car Body Painting, obtained through an apprenticeship.
A valid driving license (B permit) is required.
