Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the strategic plan and strategic management of Banque des Territoires
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and strategic positioning of Banque des Territoires across different areas of operation
  • Collaborate with business units and strategic marketing to conduct market studies of Banque des Territoires' customer sectors
  • Support regional departments in developing their regional strategies
  • Leverage data for strategic purposes and implement tools for strategic monitoring through dedicated mapping solutions
  • Promote the strategic plan within Banque des Territoires by creating digital content for employees
  • Manage strategic projects for business units or senior management
  • Define digital strategy through strategic analyses to assess the digital maturity of the Group's entities in their market or digital transformation process
  • Prepare supporting documents for Banque des Territoires' strategic bodies

About the Team

You will be part of the 'Strategy and Transformation' department, working closely with a team of 6 members directly reporting to the department head, along with 3 interns/apprentices.
