Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Bernard Trucks Lorraine in Verdun. As a key member of our after-sales service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Animate and manage customer reception, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Coordinate with the atelier team to provide timely and effective solutions to customer needs.
- Identify and address customer concerns, providing personalized support and solutions.
- Administer and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote additional services and products to customers.
- Verify and complete repair orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of quality service objectives and customer satisfaction targets.
- Return vehicles to customers after service completion, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer payments and handle any related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as vehicle maintenance or a related discipline.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the vehicle maintenance industry.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Be proficient in using computer software and systems, including CRM and accounting packages.
