As a member of the innovation and digital transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of defense technology. You'll spearhead projects for the development of cutting-edge business applications, contributing directly to the modernization of the Brest-Lorient defense base.

Work Environment

This opportunity places you within the dynamic CECLANT Digital Laboratory (LAB NUM) at the Atlantic Command Headquarters in Brest. Your journey begins with comprehensive training at the esteemed Naval School in Crozon.

Your Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the development lifecycle of business applications, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity best practices and managing interns and trainees involved in application development.
  • Needs Analysis: Lead the process of gathering and analyzing project requirements to ensure solutions effectively address the needs of the Brest-Lorient defense base.
  • Strategic Project Execution: Supervise projects of significant impact, such as planning surface vessel operations and organizing military training exercises.

Beyond technical expertise, you will be responsible for managing personnel within the LAB NUM, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4 to Bac+5).
  • Meet the medical, physical, and psychological requirements for your desired specialty within the Navy.

A strong foundation in Full Stack development and a passion for WEB technologies are essential. Prior knowledge of cybersecurity is highly advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach are highly valued for this role.
