3180 Kyndryl France S.A.S. is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Enterprise S/4HANA Transformation Specialist.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA expert to lead our clients' transformation journey, driving innovation and digitalization in their business processes.

The Job

Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of S/4HANA implementation and upgrade projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and customer success, to ensure seamless project execution and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale S/4HANA implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring successful project delivery and high client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of S/4HANA functionality, staying up-to-date with latest product releases and innovations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and deliver compelling proposals, showcasing value proposition of S/4HANA solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise on S/4HANA-related topics, such as data migration, system integration, and change management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business process owners
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade, or support roles
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze requirements, identify solutions, and implement changes
  • Ability to work in virtual teams, collaborate with global resources, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills:
  • SAP Business Process analysis and mining (Signavio, Celonis)
  • Experience with hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • SAP RISE – S/4HANA PCE standard delivery services
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (integration and development, along with S/4HANA)
  • SAP BW to SAP Datasphere transformations
  • SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite transformations, or Integration Suite implementations
  • SAP BTP Low code / No code development. SAP Build extensions
Salary Range:

This role offers a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
