Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

Kickmaker is a high-tech product design and industrialization agency that supports customers from prototype to production run in various markets, including medical, new mobility, electrification, agrotech, robotics, IoT, and consumer devices. Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead and develop our marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the engineering services industry and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Oversee the company's marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Manage and lead the marketing team in daily operations, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry professionals, and media representatives.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the engineering services industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
