About the Role:The Head of Human Resources and Administration will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the HR and Admin function, ensuring the effective management of human resources and administration processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall business strategy, providing expert advice on HR and Admin matters.
- Lead and manage the HR and Admin team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR and Admin services.
- Develop and implement HR and Admin policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
- Provide guidance and support on Admin-related matters, ensuring the effective management of administrative processes.
- Ensure the implementation of Admin processes at Corporate and Project offices, ensuring consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
- Master's degree in HR Management or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing HR and Admin functions, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, effective interpersonal communication, cultural sensitivities, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with high integrity, and a strong commitment to the ethos and values of The Aga Khan Agency for Habitat.
