Force Interim is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to provide temporary support to one of our esteemed clients.

As an integral member of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of workers within a dynamic industrial setting.

  • Emergency Response & Care: Provide immediate medical attention for workplace incidents and emergencies, adhering to established protocols in collaboration with the company physician.
  • Health Monitoring & Support: Continuously assess the health status of employees under the guidance of the company doctor, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Medical Examinations & Record Management: Assist the physician during medical examinations and maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records for all employees.
  • Occupational Risk Prevention: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at preventing workplace hazards and promoting a culture of safety.
  • Screening & Awareness: Conduct routine health screenings and contribute to prevention campaigns, raising awareness about occupational health best practices.
  • Preventive Guidance: Offer valuable advice and guidance to employees on maintaining their well-being and minimizing work-related risks.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with substantial experience in occupational health nursing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating attentiveness and availability to meet the needs of employees.
  • Proficiency in emergency medical procedures and protocols.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience working within an industrial environment.
  • A strong interest in occupational health and safety measures.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
