We are seeking a talented Growth Product Manager to join our team at WP Media. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our WordPress plugins, including BackWPup, Adminimize, and Search & Replace.

About the Role:

The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention, as well as improving the overall user experience of our plugins. This will involve working closely with our development and support teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the plugins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
  • Work closely with development and support teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback, tickets, and reviews to identify pain points and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to ensure our plugins remain competitive and compatible with the latest WordPress trends
  • Define and execute marketing campaigns, build partnerships, and find creative ways to monetize the plugins
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and drive both user growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • Experience with WordPress and the plugins ecosystem
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for growth and innovation
